You may consider paying with a credit card that offers 5X at office supply stores like Chase Ink cards. There is a fee of $6.95 for $200 Visa gift card and there is a fee of $5.95 for $100 visa gift cards.
You could buy 2X $200 gift cards, which will cost you $13.90 and you can make a profit of $6.10 and earn 2,070 Ultimate reward points if you use Chase Ink Plus
I suggest hitting the stores as soon as possible, as the $200 cards tends to run out very soon. if you do not see the cards on the rack, do ask as a store associate as they tend to store a few in the back .
You can submit the rebate through Easy Rebates, an easy online process. In my past experience, I have always had good success with these rebates. There is a limit of one rebate per household.
These Visa cards can be unloaded via Serve, use caution if you decide to use this method to cash out the gift cards, as there are several reports of Amex shutting down serve/bluebird accounts.

This is great deal to meet minimum spend, get some bonus points and make some money during the process.
