Starting 01/03/2016 through 01/09/16, Staples is offering $20 Visa Prepaid card through Easy Rebate, when you make a purchase of $300 or more in Visa gift cards.
You may consider paying with a credit card that offers 5X at office supply stores like Chase Ink cards. There is a fee of $6.95 for $200 Visa gift card and there is a fee of $5.95 for $100 visa gift cards.
If you are planning to buy in store, you could buy 2X $200 gift cards or $300 Visa gift cards at Staples.com could be best bet if you are planning to buy online.
I suggest hitting the stores as soon as possible, as the $200 cards tends to run out very soon. if you do not see the cards on the rack, do ask as a store associate as they tend to store a few in the back .
You can submit the rebate through Easy Rebates, an easy online process. In my past experience, I have always had good success with these rebates. There is a limit of one rebate per household.

Seems like, there is a new packaging for the $200 Visa gift cards in some of the staples stores, but they work fine for loading to Serve
