Plaza Premium Lounge Hyderabad – Review

One of our team member, recently had an opportunity to visit the Plaza Premium Lounge located in Hyderabad International Airport. This lounge is located in the departures area – so you must be traveling internationally to access this lounge.

This lounge is very similar to the Bengaluru airport’s lounge, but this is a bit smaller.

This lounge is partnered with Lounge Club and Priority Pass, so you can access this lounge if you hold any of the premium credit cards that offers lounge membership (Amex Platinum, Chase Ritz Carlton , Citi Prestige etc..)

If you do not have any of the above memberships, you can access this lounge by paying cash as described below.

Rates are very similar to the Plaza premium Lounge in Bengaluru Airport. This lounge actually looks a little worn out.

You also a get a good view of the Tarmac from the lounge and is located close to gate 32.

There is a bar and soft drinks fountain, however you are limited to one drink if you are a member of Lounge Club or Priority Pass.

Business class passengers do not seem to have any restriction.

When it comes to food, there a plenty of options available even for vegetarians. This lounge operates round the clock, and the menu is changed according to the time of the day

There is also a spa facility if you are interested. But, I doubt if it is used widely.

Lounge also offers computer workstations, monitors with flight status, News Paper and shower facility.

Plaza Premium Lounge Hyderabad airport is the only lounge located on the international departures area.  This lounge get very busy during the night as many international flights are scheduled during that time.

This lounge can be accessed if you hold any premium credit cards (Amex Platinum, Chase Ritz Carlton , Citi Prestige etc..) which offers complimentary membership to Lounge Club and Priority Pass
