Hyatt launched their fall promotion and it is similar promotion that they ran earlier this year, now they call it with a new name “More Points. More Play”. You must register for the promotion to be able to participate in this promotion. This promotion is valid for stays between Sep 01, 2016 and Nov 30,2016 and you must register for the promotion by Nov 30, 2016.

This is a tiered promotion, you earn 5,000 bonus points after 5 eligible nights and additional points for every 5 nights during the promotion period. You can earn a total of 75,000 bonus points after 25 eligible nights.

How to maximize this promotion?

You can earn Hyatt Diamond status after 25 eligible stays or 50 eligible nights. If you can make 25 stays (one night each) during this promotion period, you can earn a total of 75,000 bonus points and can also earn Hyatt Diamond status which will be valid through Feb 2018.

The hardest part is to find a hotel at low price. Hyatt India seems to run “Celebrate with Hyatt” promotion several times a year.

You can also book cash+points at a category 1 hotels to maximize the promotion. You just need 2,500 points and $50 per night.

Assuming you can complete all the 25 nights during the promotion period, you can earn a total of 75,000 bonus points on top of the regular points. This is an average return of 3,000 points per night and free nights start at 5,000 points/night.
