Its back again, Starting 03/15/2015 through 03/21/15, Staples is offering $20 Visa Prepaid cards through Easy Rebate, when you purchase $250 or more in Visa gift cards.
Why is this a great deal?
A $50 or $100 gift card will incur $5.95 in fees and $200 gift card will incur a $6.95 fee. These gift cards can be used anywhere Visa cards are accepted. I suggest buying 2 X $200 visa gift card and you would pay $13.90 in fees and you can make a profit of $6.10. If you have Chase Ink credit card which offers 5X ultimate rewards at Office supply stores you could also earn 2068 points ($413.90 X 5).
I suggest hitting the stores as soon as possible, as the $200 Visa cards tends to run out very soon. if you do not see the cards on the rack, do ask as a store associate as they tend to run out of the visa cards quickly . If you end up with only $100 & $50 Visa cards, you profit drops to $1.15 after the fees.
If you are working towards any minimum spending requirements for a credit card sign up bonus. This could help you achieve your goal quickly without any unnecessary purchases.
You can submit the rebate through Easy Rebates, an easy online process. In my past experience, I have always had good success with these rebates. There is a limit of one rebate per household.
From 03/15 through 03/21, you can get a $20 Prepaid Visa card when you purchase $250 or more in Visa gift cards.
Tomorrow, I will write a post on how to cash these visa cards.
