I called and the CSR did not approve extra 10K points. Then I send a secure message and again got denied. I guess it was a targeted offer.

I have heard mixed reports with this match, few people who called on the first day were able to match. It got tougher as more and more people started calling. As you said, this is supposed to be a targeted offer.
