Amex SPG Credit Cards 30K Offers Along With New Benefits

Amex has refreshed the look of its Starwood Preferred Guest credit card along with the new benefits being offered starting 08/11/2015. Amex will be sending new cards to all card holders shortly.

Amex typically increases the signup bonus of the Starwood Preferred Guest Credit Cards (Personal and Business) to 30K Starpoints each summer, and here is that offer to celebrate the start of new benefits.

Through 09/14/2015, you get 30,000 Starpoints as signup bonus with Starwood Preferred Guest credit card (Personal and business) . Note that you can only get the signup bonus once in a life time per product with American Express personal cards.

What if you applied for this card recently?

In my experience, Amex does not match the signup bonus to a better offer (if available). However, you could certainly give a try as you may get some consolation points.

If you already hold this card, you can refer your friends and earn 5,000 Starpoints for each successful referral (up to 55,000 points per calendar year)
