AA-US Airways merger has achieved a major milestone with the integration of their frequent flyer programs. on 03/28/2015, AAdvantage has started integrating US Airways Dividend miles accounts.
What if the transfer did not happen?
There is no need to panic. AAdvantage has already communicated that this process will take a few days, so I would recommend waiting for a few more days before taking any action.
What if you did not match your account or do not have a AAdvantage account?
If you have not matched your AAdvantage and Dividend miles accounts or do not have a AAdvantage account. you can still login with your Dividend miles account number and find out if the account is matched by AA or if you were assigned a new AAdvantage number.
Once you login, you can see your account summary showing your AAdvantage account number.
Integration of AA & US Airways frequent flyer programs in on the way. I have already seen the miles transferred to my AAdvantage account.
Don’t panic if your Dividend miles are not yet transferred, this process is expected to take few more days to combine.
